He was involved with curriculum reform and development of NCR Delhi schools under UNESCO’s programme giving recommendations for the reform of syllabus what it is today to begin with.

He was invited by the Bihar Government to start a Career Security Programme for Girl students with an aim to their personality transformation and to provide life, leadership and career to all of them. It was the first programme for Women Empowerment with Education being the centre stage for the first time in India.
He has also been the advisor of 118 schools in Bihar called Pataliputra Sahyog Samiti which advises government on policies for private schools.
He was the first person to advise islandic countries of Indian Ocean to suggest that in the wake of Copenhagen summit, islands like Maldives will not sink back into sea and this prompted the Maldivians to start themselves for urban growth in the region.
At the same time he was also involved with the strategic framework for rescue IOR countries in favour of India and rescuing Maldives from Chinese occupation along with the then exiled foreign minister of Maldives Sri Ahmed Naseem and which the Maldives Government subsequently followed diligently.
